How do I place an order?
Beneath or next to each of the items in our collection, you’ll see an ‘Add to Cart’ button.

To make a selection, just choose the quantity of items, the size and color (where applicable) and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item(s) will then be added to your virtual shopping cart. Basic shopping cart information will appear on the screen and will contain the current total of your order and the number of items. To view the contents of your shopping cart, review totals, add or remove items, click on the ‘view cart’ link.

When you’ve finished selecting products, click on the’ Checkout’ link below your shopping cart information on the bottom right part of the screen. You will be transferred to a secured server where you will be required to enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Following completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On all credit card orders, the order confirmation will also serve as your receipt.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a shipment tracking number. Please note that if you do not provide an email address at checkout, you will not receive either confirmation email.
May I place a phone order?
Due to the volume of orders and potential credit card related liability issues, we are currently unable to process phone orders.
How long must I wait for my merchandise to arrive?
Standard orders will be processed and shipped within five to ten business days.

Standard ground shipping generally takes up to seven to ten business days to arrive. Additional shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Special rush requests will be accommodated, if possible. To place a request, please send an email to healthcsr@adsolution.com.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders must be paid for with an approved credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Will I be charged sales tax?
The Ad Solution, Inc. is required by law to collect applicable state sales tax on purchases sent to the following states:
  • Maryland
  • Virginia
  • Washington DC
  • California
What is the return policy?
The Ad Solution, Inc. offers a full satisfaction, thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have received, please email us at healthcsr@adsolution.com detailing the particulars of your order. Please include your order number, item number, and a description of the problem. Upon receipt of your request, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
How do I return an item?
If you received a non-conforming or otherwise damaged merchandise, please email us at healthcsr@adsolution.com detailing the particulars of your order. Please include your order number, item number and description of the problem. Upon receipt of your request, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

What if I have a custom order?
Custom merchandise is available for partners/employees looking for something special for an upcoming event, team morale events, gifts, conferences, tradeshows, etc. The Ad Solution, Inc. team works closely with the HealthVault™ team to insure you get what you need, when you need it with great pricing, while the HealthVault™ guidelines are maintained. Certain minimum quantities apply. Art, production time and logo guidelines will vary per item. Contact healthcsr@adsolution.com for additional information.
Can I co-brand an item?
Yes, there are certain items that can be co-branded for strategic programs. To request consideration of a co-branded order, please contact healthcsr@adsolution.com for details.
